When women become menopausal, all that we have pushed down, denied and left unfinished rises to the surface to be learned, so that we have the opportunity to become wise, fulfilled, and reach our highest potential as elders ... during this change, emotions are powerful.

(Peri)Menopause(Post)™

Women across the globe have lived through (Peri)Menopause(Post)™ for as long as we have walked the earth. This profound biological transition is not a modern phenomenon, but a timeless passage woven into the fabric of women’s lives for millennia. Yet despite its universality, menopause has often been misunderstood, ignored, or marginalized across cultures and eras.

Today, as women reclaim their voices and demand deeper understanding and support, there is a growing recognition that (Peri)Menopause(Post)™ deserves the same attention, research, and respect afforded to every other significant stage of human development.

How I Support Women clients.

I work with women entering middle life by offering a space of deep understanding, safety, and reverence for the profound changes they are experiencing. Together, we explore not only the psychological and emotional shifts, but also awaken the creative forces and divine spirit that have lived within them all along. Through compassionate listening, creative practices, and soulful dialogue, I support women in reclaiming their inner authority, honoring their life stories, and stepping into the powerful, sovereign chapters yet to unfold.

WHAT TOPICS DO WE DISCUSS?

Far from being an end, (Peri)Menopause(Post)™ is a threshold—an invitation to shed old identities, reclaim lost parts of the Self, and step into a new, wiser sovereignty. Together, we work on understanding the human experience—your experience—where ever you find yourself on the (Peri)Menopause(Post)™ journey.

The passage through stirs profound biological, psychosocial, and spiritual currents within a woman's life.

  • Biologically, the shifting tides of hormones bring changes that ripple through the body—altering sleep, mood, memory, and vitality—asking her to listen more closely to her own rhythms.

  • Psychosocially, the world around her may seem to shift as well: relationships evolve, roles she once held with certainty begin to loosen, and the cultural invisibility placed upon aging women can feel like a quiet exile.

  • Yet beneath these surface changes, a deeper spiritual reckoning often unfolds. Many women find themselves called inward, confronting questions of meaning, belonging, and the sacredness of their unfolding lives.

Renewal. Integration. Balance.

In Jungian psychology, the archetypes of Maiden, Mother, and Crone represent distinct but interconnected stages of feminine development and consciousness, each carrying its own symbolic energy. These archetypes are not fixed roles but shape-shift dynamically throughout a woman's life, reflecting her inner growth and evolving relationship with herself and the world. The Maiden embodies autonomy, potential, and individuality; the Mother represents nurturance, creativity, and life giving power; while the Crone symbolizes wisdom, introspection, and transformation. Together, they form a triadic cycle that continually weaves through the psyche, offering opportunities for renewal, integration, and balance across a lifetime.

By engaging with the energies of the Maiden’s curiosity, the Mother’s creativity, and the Crone’s profound insight, women can reclaim parts of themselves that may have been overshadowed by societal expectations or life’s demands.
